EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Due to certain unfortunate reasons, if you are not 100% satisfied with the products you receive, we are ready to accept returns within 05 days of delivery. We maintain the easiest return process. 
AII items are thoroughly checked for quality and go through an extensive visuaI audit before shipping. In the event that you receive a product that is not up to your highest expectations, please mail us at care@houseofw.store or whatsapp us on +91-6366666604.
In shooting our product, we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colors,styling, and details the garment. However, we understand that there may be minor differences within computers in how the garment is presented. 
PIease do keep this in mind when purchasing products on our website.
 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Do not send your return package to the address mentioned in the delivery package. As you contact our customer service or proceed as per the online return process, you’ll get the details of the return package delivery address. 
  • Items purchased at full price qualify for a return (refund against store credit) or exchange if:-
    1. Communicated within 05 days of receipt of the package
    2. Item is returned with all labeIs and tags attached in original packaging
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return on garments after 05 days from receipt or items not in the same condition as you received them in.
  • Items purchased on sale, discounted, or using promotional codes are not eligible for a refund. These may however be exchanged.
  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours from purchase as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
  • All garments will be quarantined for a period of 72 hours upon return. Once opened and inspected, the refund/exchange process will be initiated.
  • Please be sure of your size when making a purchase.
  • Refund wilI be issued within 7-15 days in the format of store credit which can be used on your next purchase from our website.
  • Following items are non-returnable:
    1. Sleepwear or nightdress 
    2. Bodysuits 

We are unabIe to offer exchanges or returns against orders shipping outside India.
